Here in our fine state of Texas, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter can all be Muggy! The weather can change on a dime and go from 0 to 101 in the same week. If you think I am kidding - check a Farmer's Almanac! I do wonder though who feels strongly enough about our humidity to put it on a PL8?!
