No matter how hard of a day I have, a Pl8 like this will make me smile! I make the choice to Be Happy, it is not always easy. We all face challenges in our life - every one of us! Chronic illness, difficult times/situations, abuse, death...the list does go on. Choosing happiness may not ever seem like a choice and maybe, just maybe it is not. But for me, I always try to find a reason to find a little happiness, something to be grateful for.
